fw99 is strictly a platform for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any gaming product on fw99. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. fw99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be satisfied.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on fw99. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fw99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending a full investigation. Players with multiple accounts may also be permanently banned from the platform.

fw99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any time fw99 deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals until verification is complete.

fw99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and select other Bangladesh payment channels, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. The minimum deposit on fw99 is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by fw99, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your fw99 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are generally processed in real time. fw99 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by fw99 within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account at the time of request. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes of approval during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification, responsible gaming checks, or fraud detection reviews. fw99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

All transactions on fw99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts displayed on the platform reflect BDT values. fw99 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs that may be applied by their bank or payment provider when funding their account from a foreign-currency source.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by fw99 are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. Where no specific promotional terms are stated, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply. Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period. fw99 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirement completion and at what percentage.

fw99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk and guarantee profit rather than for genuine entertainment; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; or employing automated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. fw99 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where bonus abuse is detected.

Players must not engage in any fraudulent activity on fw99. This includes but is not limited to: providing false registration information; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions; submitting false identity documents during KYC verification; or engaging in any activity intended to defraud fw99 or other players. fw99 will report suspected fraud to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, engaging in match fixing, or placing bets based on inside information regarding the outcome of any sporting event or live casino game is strictly prohibited. fw99 monitors betting patterns using automated risk management tools and will investigate any account where unusual or suspicious wagering behaviour is detected. Winnings derived from collusion or match fixing will be voided and the relevant accounts closed.

Players must not use or attempt to use any software, bot, script, automated system, artificial intelligence tool, or exploit that is designed to give an unfair advantage in any game, manipulate game outcomes, scrape data from the platform, or interfere with the normal operation of fw99's systems. Players must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the fw99 platform. Any such attempt will result in immediate permanent account closure.

fw99 provides responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and a self-exclusion feature. Self-exclusion may be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, marketing communications will cease, and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Each game is subject to the intellectual property rights of its respective developer. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play these games solely for personal entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fw99 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss. fw99's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fw99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where material changes are made, fw99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account. Amendments take effect upon posting to the fw99 website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the time of a specific offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and fw99 with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and fw99 relating to the subject matter herein. The English language version of these Terms is the legally binding version.
